Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, or arranged via bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders.

Non-Returnable Items
Items damaged due to customer misuse, or items without original packaging, are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will exchange it at no additional cost. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any such issue.
